Weird text messages from Apple

To me this looks like spam. Report spam or junk messages ... When you use iMessage, you can report spam or junk messages to Apple, which then receives the sender's information and message.

Unfortunately, only Magti network users have this problem. When your phone tries to activate iMessage then you get these strange characters.

So far neither Apple nor Magti can solve the problem. (Magti still does not understand what is happening)

I guess... The only hope left is to wait :/.
