iTunes and my iPhone

I have never had problems ripping CD's from the library to my laptop and iTunes account and having them sync automatically to my iTunes account on my iPhone.


The CDs still transfer with no problem to my laptop iTunes with DVD/CD player, but they no longer sync to my iPhone iTunes account. On iTunes from my laptop it shows that the CDs are not downloaded to the cloud, unlike all of my other dozens of CDs.

Do you have an active subscription to either iTunes Match or Apple Music?

Assuming you do check Use Sync Library with your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support and may sure that Sync Library AKA iCloud Music Library is active in both iTunes and your device.

If you still have discrepancies see If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support.
