MacBook Battery Drain in sleep

Over the past week I've been having severe battery drain over night. I usually turn off my MacBook's dock/charger at the wall so that it is no longer charging at about 22:00 and it drains fully by 03:00. When I go to use my Mac in the morning, I have to wait 10 minutes for it to be able to boot. It's been completely fine since this week, I usually wake the machine in the morning with about ~80% battery at the very least.

The MacBook is a 2023 14-Inch M2 running Sonoma 14.3 and the battery condition is in good health.

How can I go about diagnosing what the issue is?

I am having the same issue on a MBP 13" 2020 (Sonoma 14.3.1). The battery drains completely on sleep mode. I find the mac at 0% after couple of hours. I have been having this issue since the past 2-3 weeks. After looking at your post I suspect it to be a software issue probably, since your mac is relatively new. And hence the battery would be in good condition, which otherwise I was assuming to be a battery issue with my relatively old mac although it still shows "normal".

I'm having the same problem with a MacBook Pro 13" from 2019. Turning off Wifi and Bluetooth before putting the laptop to sleep "solves" the problem, the battery doesn't drain anymore overnight. But it's a pain, since there is no fast way to toggle WiFi and Bluetooth. For WiFi it's possible to launch an Automator script with a keyboard shortcut, for Bluetooth I didn't find anything similar...
