I invited my wife to join the Home app. She receives the invite but it will eventually say “could not accept invitation”.
There is not another home in her app. We are signed in to iCloud. Password and key chain are on for both phones. The home app is checked under iCloud on both phones. Both phones have the latest software. My phone 14 pro max and hers is 15 pro max.

I have a similar situation except that my wife had previously successfully accepted an invitation to our Home setup. However, I assume that a recent Home app update has caused problems and although still identified as a resident on my phone her phone shows a new empty home. Our phones have auto update set and I've checked and both our phones and Home apps are up to date. I tried restarting both phones, re-installing her Home app, removing Home from her iCloud but nothing works. I've looked in the Analytics Data on both phones but nothing shows up. My iPhone is a 15 Pro Max and hers an 11 Pro. I'm now investigating other app that can perform the same role as Apple's Home as a replacement.
