AppStore Claims Mainstage is not available in the UK

I am trying to purchase Mainstage. I am in teh UK on a BT Fibre connection. Mainstage is displayed in the UK Store with a UK price:

I click on the price, click on "Buy App" it asks me to validate myself for purchase, I do this, and then after about a 15 second pause this message comes up:

Does anyone have any idea why this is happning? I have checked my payment methods, im not on a VPN, ad my internet connection is fine.

Its driving me crazy.

Any help gratefully receved.
