Disabled account

I was trying to update my credit card, because the one I had needed to be changed for security purposes. When I wrote the number, expiration date and all requested information, I got a message saying the card could not be updated because the account had been disabled. By the way, I used the same card for another Apple id I have and there was no problem. So I need to enable my account again and upadte the payment information

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support.
