Why was my account disabled
I thought it was disabled because I received a new credit card. It will not let me put the new number in or any other card number, because it says my account was disabled.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:
