Hisense Vidaa Apple TV+ App

I’ve had Hisense (Vidaa) smart tv for a year.

Apple tv+ app on smart tv was working fine until a couple weeks ago.

Can’t watch purchased movies, can’t buy or search particular movies/series.

Only certain movies/series are allowed.

I’ve tried resetting tv and internet. Can’t reset apple tv+ app.

Tv is up to date.

No luck.


Don’t know if Hisense or Vidaa or Apple are doing a dodgy.


Need help to fix problem.

What happens instead? Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?

Can you give examples (titles) of content that doesn’t work?


Can’t reset apple tv+ app.

Did you try like this: Reset the Apple TV app - Apple Support ?

Did you try a cold restart of the TV unit?

Did you verify if new system software is available for the TV? If so, install that.

Doe HiSense/VIDAA use automatic updates for apps? If unsure, try deleting and reinstalling for the latest version.


Don’t know if Hisense or Vidaa or Apple are doing a dodgy.

If the issue persists, then please contact the Apple Support staff for their advise.
