World Time complication disappears with 10.3 Update

Series 8 watch just updated to WatchOS 10.3. For as long as I can recall (multiple Apple Watches), I have used the InfoGraph watch face with very specific (and standard) complications. In the upper left, I have always kept London Time at a glance. Since upgrading to Watch OS 10.3 that complication just disappeared and showed up in the setup as OFF. I've tried editing the complication and cannot access the Clock feature, World Time, or anything even close. It doesn't show as a possible complication in any other of remaining corners of the watch face either. For the life of me, I can't figure out where it went (or if it was removed as part of the update and, if so, why).

Any suggestions?
