Watch OS 10 - broken GMT face

Apple Watch series 8 was working great on Watch OS 9.

GMT face with alternate time zone set to 'current location'.

Complications include Rain top left and Temp top right.

Update to Watch OS 10 and it's like the watch has no idea where I am. GMT alternate time zone still set to 'current location' but dial shows sunrise / sunset 2 hours later than expected (I'm EST). Rain and Temp do not work - they just show empty / blank.

If I tap Rain or Temp, it opens weather which sometimes shows my current location and sometimes doesn't.

I've reset the watch multiple times and tried every combination of setting alternate times / locations / cities I can think of.

I solved this by resetting location and privacy settings on my iPhone.

This fixed the complications not working right for weather (after I allowed the widgets to access location).

Unfortunately this didn't fix the GMT hand on GMT face showing the wrong sunrise / sunset when location was set to 'current location'. If I set it to EST, it was correct.

I then stumbled upon this: add a new face with a middle complication and set it to moon - this triggered the location access request which I approved.

That allows GMT face to work correctly now, too.

Looks like it's not just GMT that reflects incorrect complication info...

Tested with other watch faces and get the same thing.

If I set the complications to show rain and temp for a specific city instead of current location, they work.

Additionally, if I set the GMT location to a specific city, the ring moves to reflect sunset / sunrise correctly. It's just if I move it to 'current location' that it gets lost.

Seems like the issue is related to location services...
