iPhone 15 " respond with text" not working
While on the phone a third party calls and I'm not able to send "ready-made" text. The texts (3) do not show-up.

You must activate Reply with Messages here:
Settings → Face ID & Passcode → scroll down and find Reply with Message and enable.
After that, you should be able to see the button even when your iPhone is locked and you receive a call.
