Just update my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 16.2. Now I cannot receive text from one individual in Messages. FB messenger works fine. As do calls. Contact is not blocked. Did a reboot of phone and internet reconnect. No luck. Any suggestions what is going on and how to fix this? This is a key contact of mine.

Text message is a phone carrier feature. Both of you need to contact yours.
