Since updating to ios 17.2.1 in late December, my iPhone 13 has issues staying connected to both wifi and cellular data at the same time. I have had to "shut down" and restart this phone over 10 times before it will connect to both. Very frustrating.

No VPN profiles. I've done the resets. Same issue. Many power cycles to get cell connected. Many calls into cell provider with no help. Seems to be made worse when I'm moving (walking to driving). Best work around I've found when I'm home is to get the phone to connect to cell provider and then turn wi-fi on and cell data off. I usually get a couple of hours with this set-up before I start the reboot dance over and over again.

Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I am have wifi but no cellular date connectivity.
If you are using VPN delete the VPN profile and app.
If you are not using VPN Reset Network Settings.
What does not solve your problem? Did you delete a VPN profile? If you have Wi-Fi but no cellular you need to contact your carrier.
