Connectivity issues iPhone 13 Pro Max

Ever since I got this new phone I all ways have problems connecting to cellular and Wi-Fi. Most of the time I have to turn off cellular or Wi-Fi and back on to get it to work. I have reset network settings many times over the years. Now that I am using my phone for work it’s ridiculous annoying. I do notice that android devices do not have this problem in my work place. I have had Apple phones since iPhone 3 and this is the worst I have had.

There has to be others with this same issues. My household has 3 different versions of iPhone 13 and they all share the same connectivity issues.

I sure wish Apple can see this and get this resolved.
