Apple Pay credit card expiration date issue

I removed the card and added it again as a new card.

Hi I’m trying to log in my apple payment. Add a new card because I cannot download any apps for free or cost apps without adding a payment and I keep getting. The credit card expiration year must be between 2024 & 2044 . I’ve done tried several different cards and they all says the same thing please help me.

Call the number for the card or call Apple. Not sure but Apple may have a separate department that handles issues with Apple Pay.

The card needs to be updated from a 2 digit expiration year to a 4 digit expiration year. You may need to remove the card and re-add the card to update it to 4 digits.

Did you actually remove the card from your device? Is the card used in your Apple ID account and also in your Apple Wallet?

I can’t download anything on my iPhone 13 it’s saying my expiration date can not be in the pass but it isn’t in the pass it 04/28
