MacBook Pro won't connect to school wifi

My MacBook Pro, which I recently got for Christmas, will not connect to my High Schools WiFi. Every other WiFi works, such as hoe WiFi, and my iPhone also connects to the school WiFi. The WiFi comes up in the connections but after inputting the password, it asks for the password again. The password is correct as it came from Admin and works on my iPhone. I've tried restarting, shut-downs, etc, and nothing works. I also tried taking it to the school tech support and they had no idea. Any suggestions? I'm new to Mac, so I don't know that much about it. Thanks!

I once tried connecting my MacBook Air to my schools WiFi. Turns out, you can’t for non authorized computers. This is for security reasons. Sometimes students may use their schools WiFi to mask their location when they’re cyber attacking someone. In this situation, I would just consider using my Chromebook that has the same performance as my brain during an exam.
