HDMI adapter works with iPhone but not with iPad

Hi,

I have UGREEN 5 in 1 USB-C hub with HDMI port and I'm trying to connect my iPad Pro 12.9' 5th Gen into my display but it only shows black screen.

I see the adapter blue icon on the top bar but I can see the display on the "Display & Brightness" settings.

the display recognise the connection but it shows only black screen.

tried charging' paired Mouse& Keyboard, different HDMI cable and another display. still don't work with my iPad.

when I, connecting the adapter to my iPhone 15 Pro it works just fine.

Try these steps:

Update iPadOS: Ensure your iPad is running the latest version of its operating system.
Verify that your UGREEN adapter is compatible with the iPad Pro 12.9" 5th Gen.
Adjust Resolutions: Change resolution settings under "Display & Brightness" when connected to the HDMI.
Look for any damage or debris in the hub’s HDMI port and the iPad’s USB-C port.
Test with another hub or adapter that supports your iPad.
Reset the network settings or all settings on your iPad.

that didnt work- i am quite positive its some kind of bug as the iphone works
