Airpods pro or beats pro don't work with apple Watch

Hi

I have a apple watch ultra 2 and airpods pro and a beats pro but none of them is working with my watch. I get sound for 10 seconds and then the sound stops. when I look at the watch it seems it is still playing (spotify, have tried apple music also but the same).

I have tried to set my iphone to not auto connect but it give the same results.

watchOS version: 10.2

IOS version: 17.2.1

I have a bose sport earbuds and they works with the watch (Are only connected to the watch) ;-) so it is funny that not apple headset is working with the apple watch and Apples own headset is not working with the watch...

Any idea what to do?
