Office 365 personal subscription can't be restored

Keeps asking to sign up for premium when I am already signed up

How did you sign up?

If you are paying for it through your Apple ID, then make sure it is correctly logged in to the apps.

Otherwise, make sure you are logged in to the Microsoft account that holds the Office 365 subscription.
