Subscription for Office 365 is not working, help

Purchased OFFICE365 subscription through apple.com, yet I cannot activate my subscription on the WORD / EXCEL applications!

MS 365 (Office) subscription not recognized by Microsoft I've subscribed to Microsoft 365 (premium) on my iPhone and am billed annually, but my subscription is not recognized by Microsoft: when I try to "activate" it on any of my devices through any of MS applications, nothing is found. I'm using the email address associated with my iCloud account, which is also used for a MS365 account, but the MS365 account shows no transaction or subscription associated with the account, while I can see the subscription on my AppStore and iCould account on all my devices. Any ideas how to resolve?

Why does it say subscription pending I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription. It says "pending" in purchase history and when I try to edit a word document saved on my computer it says I need to activate a subscription. When I try to sign in it says subscription not found.

office 365 subscription I just purchased the office 365 subscription on my macbook but when I try to use word it tells me my subscription isn't active. Help!

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try the Safe Mode to see if you can activate it there.

I went to MS first to get answers, they do not see any active subscriptions on their side, and have said since I purchased / paid through APPLE.COM I have to come here. Very frustrating
