News+ puzzles not available to family share members

the “puzzles” icon is not available to my family share members on their iPads. We tried restarting the device and even deleting the app and reloading. Still not showing up.

I’ve been trying to load on shared iPad as well - it’s on their phones but not on their iPad. Wonder why this is?
