change Admin in Family Sharing
Three adults in Family Sharing. Would like to switch Admin from one to another.

Administrators cannot be switched in a Family Sharing group. To achieve this you will need to disband your Family Sharing group and have the new administrator set up a new Family Sharing group.
A complication may exist for you if any members are children and under 13. These accounts must be transferred from one group to another. This is explained in the section called Disband a family group in the support document Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
