How to fix CC in Apple Pay

I’m getting billing problem emails from Apple, but when I click fix the card, there seems to be no issue. Other payments go through. Card is not expired.

I am getting a message that my card cannot be charged for my iCloud. My credit card was charged in November for iCloud. I am trying to verify my card on Apple Pay has the correct expiration date. There is not a place to edit the card My apple pay credit card is accepted through applepay. I don't understand why there is a problem for this cycle
