JBL Tune 760NC is not shown in the Bluetooth menu

When trying to connect JBL Tune 760NC with my 15 pro max, this headset is not shown in the Bluetooth devices menu. Tried the below ways as well.

  1. Disconnected from other devices that JBL has been paired with.
  2. Tried to connect via the JBL app. But this Tune 760NC is not listed there.


Please can tell anyone how to resolve this issue?
