just got a new series 8 apple watch for my wife and it’s not receiving calls notifications, I checked the notifications and all seems ok, Airplane mode and Do not disturb are off, restarted the watch and all didn’t help.
It can make calls and receive other notifications like WhatsApp for example but not incoming calls.

I did all of this and still not get notifications for call , my watch is apple series 8
