one of my airpods won’t even show up in settings and they are brand new

I just got them today and when i opened them and connected them only the left one worked. then i forgot the device in settings on bluetooth and redid it and now only the right airpod is working.

My airpods won’t connect and resetting doesn’t help So a few months ago my airpod stopped working and I put it in a drawer and didn’t really think about it but I kind of missed them so I grabbed it back. But everytime I try to connect it connects for 4 seconds and the AirPod symbol won’t show up. So when I try resetting it basically nothing happens so then I flip them open and get to the connecting screen and most of the times it said it doesn’t work and asks me to try again so then I have to manually go into Bluetooth and connect them and then I repeat the process. Is there any fix to this?

AirPod pros won’t connect I was having trouble connecting my airpod pros today after having used them yesterday for several hours, connected to my iPhone 12. Today I attempted to connect an they wouldn’t. I followed the troubleshooting and ended up in the Reset step. The charging case is blinking white but it’s showing up on any of my devices to pair with when I place the AirPods near or if I look in the Bluetooth settings. Please advise how to proceed with reconnecting.
