HomePod continually says it’s not on the same network as my iPhone
When I ask HomePod if I have a message or to find my phone, it continually tells me that it is not on the same network. I have only one network in the house, and when I check, the iPhone is connected to it and the HomePod is connected to it. I also check My Spectrum app and both are shown as connected.
Can someone tell me in simple terms what the problem is?
