HomePod is not a BlueTooth speaker and doesn't pair in that sense. You can try rebooting or power cycling both your router and your HomePod, which is often the way to get everything working again. If needs be see the Press the top of HomePod to reset it section of Reset HomePod - Apple Support and follow the steps carefully as given.
