This is happening to me also and it doesn't seem to be solely related to Apple Music. If I am navigating using my iPhone and Apple Car play and ask to end the navigation on Siri on my watch she tells me that there is no navigation in progress. This function used to work but now doesn't. Recently I updated to Apple Ultra ll. Not sure what the cause of these issues are.
