Siri on Apple Watch refuses to play music unless I “accept the latest privacy agreement”

it’s not apparent to me where to do this. My iPhone and iPad can play music thru Siri just fine.

Model A1978 watchOS v10.2

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 10

Sign in to view your account details in the iTunes Store in the Music app and if there is a new agreement it should pop up.
