Yet another baffling and unwelcome iTunes problem....Green Screen instead of a video picture.

I'm running the latest version of iTunes (12.13.1.3), Win 11, up to date AMD graphics' drivers etc etc...


I was literally happily watching one of my new iTunes TV show purchases last night. I shut down my computer and went to bed.

I got up today, decided to watch the next episode in the series... and suddenly I'm faced with a total green screen.

I then tried watching the same episode that I watched last night... GREEN SCREEN!!! :(

I'm baffled and disappointed that yet again, iTunes is ruining the fun for which I've paid good money to enjoy.

The audio is working.

I'm not aware of any changes since turning my PC off at bedtime, and turning it back on this morning.

I have not downloaded anything in that time. YouTube is still working, as are web based news site videos etc.

Sigh ... :(

iTunes; is in my opinion, the most consistently frustrating and upsetting service I've ever used in my life.... so here I am (yet again) wasting my/our time.

Is anyone able to do Apple's job for them... and help enable me to overcome this latest disappointment?
