Itunes stuck on black screen when playing Extras

Hello,

I purchased Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse with the intent to watch the extras.

Firstly, the extras are not avalible on my iphone like they were for the first moive. Since they are not, i downloaded itunes onto my Windows 11 PC to watch the extras.

When i open the movie, i click extras, click on an extra, and the screen re-sizes to a black screen...and does nothing. I have waited for 5, 10 minutes and nothing loads.

Itunes has been updated to its most current form.

My PC has been updated to it's most current form.

I have authorized my PC.

I can play the movie no problem, cannot watch any extras.

I am still unable to watch my extras.

Please, please help me.
