15 PM not working with CarPlay 2022/2023

just Recently got the iPhone 15 pro max. Was super excited until I tried connecting it to my apple car play. I have a 2022 Toyota Prius so everything should be up to date. All the apple car play functions worked 100% perfectly fine with my iPhone 11 and my husbands iPhone 14. The only difference with it not working now is the usb c cable needed. We have purchased so many different cables, apple certified and not, which is also ridiculous seeing how much the phone itself costs already, and the apple CarPlay still does not work. We ended up buying a wireless cable for apple car play and it worked twice and then stopped. Was on the iPhone with apple care for over 4 hrs and none of us could resolve the issue. Apple definitely needs to fix this issue because more and more it’s looking like the actual phone/software is not compatible with apple car play vs the cables issues. Did anyone have any luck with getting theirs to work? I’ve tried the Anker cable, apple cable, renaming my phone, forgetting CarPlay, reconnecting etc. Every troubleshooting trick you can think of with no success
