Apple Mail - Surge in Memory Use on Search

Mail runs fine on normal use and memory usage is very stable...until you search, then it climbs steady and fast until the application requires a forced quit. It only happens when using the search function to find previous emails. I want to get this resolved so I can use the program. I have three accounts using POP or IMAP being accessed by the program.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

I have the same issue.

Works great until I do a search. One of the Mail Web Content processes will spikes up to 60GB+

Removing the search entry returns the system to normal. It will move the 60GB+ to the kernel_task and then it will clear after a few seconds.

I have no idea what is causing this thou.
