Urgent Issue with Locked Notes in iCloud

I am writing to report a critical problem I am experiencing with locked notes stored in iCloud. Recently, I have encountered a recurring issue where attempting to open locked notes results in the notes being reset to blank with the title changing to "New Note." This problem is not only persistent but also escalating in its impact.

About a week ago, I first noticed this issue when I lost one of my locked notes while accessing it on my iPhone. Today, the situation worsened significantly as I lost 6 out of 10 locked notes when I tried to open them on my MacBook. Both devices are updated with the latest operating systems, which leads me to believe this is a bug associated with iCloud.

This is a disastrous situation. The lost notes contained important information, and the fact that they are resetting to blank with no apparent cause is alarming. It seems evident that there is a bug in the iCloud system that needs immediate attention.

I urge the Apple team to promptly investigate and resolve this issue. The potential for widespread data loss among users globally is a serious concern. Considering the scale of iCloud's user base, I am likely not the first nor the last to suffer from this problem.
