If your Watch has service form a carrier from a different country that supports Roaming, then yes. Contact your carrier to inquire about roaming plans and cost for your Apple Watch.

If you are trying to use it with a Croatian carrier, then no. As there are currently no carriers in Croatia that support the Apple Watch.

I du d and Telekom HR and iStyle HR both confirmed Apple Watch roaming is NOT working within Croatia.

I cannot confirm it works in Croatia. We have an Apple LTE 2023 from Germany with German carrier Telekom which supports Roaming and Apple Watch CANNOT receive calls / messages if not connected to an IPhone. Did I do something wrong? As the watch works perfectly fine in Germany.
