I am using a iPhone 14pro ios16.2 in Oman and the FaceTime is not working, even though I tried using VPN services. At the same time, my friend able to make FaceTime calls from iPhone 7 ios15.7.2 using vpn.
Can anybody support me please?

Per Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the Middle East and India FaceTime is supported by Omantel and Ooredoo with the caveat "Might include an additional fee or requirement. Contact the carrier for more information." If you're using one of those carriers, contact your cellular provider to inquire if additional features are needed. Otherwise, you may not be able to use this feature on your device.
