Delete application history (wipe data)

Hello,

I would like to ask you one thing. App history bothers me. I'll give you an example. I download messenger, log in, then delete messenger. After some time, I download the messenger again and the application immediately offers me to log in to the account. Or WhatsApp. I have WhatsApp, I share some files with people. Then I delete my WhatsApp, I delete my contacts. After reinstalling WhatsApp, when I select a file to share, it immediately offers me contacts that I no longer have saved (but I shared data with them before I deleted and reinstalled WhatsApp).

What is the option to delete app data? Deleted apps etc...
