my phone is frozen and will not turn off/on or reset anything. nothing is working and the screen is currently frozen
i was trying to clear all of the tabs opened while closing the photos app, then the screen is just stuck and not moving, it is frozen. nothing is working. not turning off or on or reseting. i pressed everything, nothing working.
