My Ipad is not turning ON after a recent update of 17 Ipad OS
Not sure what happened but my Ipad 7th generation is not powering ON after a recent Ipad OS 17 update. I went to the apple store and they said that the recent software update has caused the hardware failure and hence it does not power on.
They said since it is out of warranty, they cannot swap it with the new Ipad and asking me to pay for a new one . I dont understand why I have to bear the expense and take the responsibility when the software update provided by the apple has caused the issue and killed it .
Anyone faced the same issue?
