I have an iphone SE second generation. The last time it was able to back up was 11/11/23. I have wifi in the house and are not in a rural area.

Remove any VPN profiles or security apps.
Restart the router.
Restart the phone.
I actually figured out the problem. Thanks for the quick response. It turned out I wasn’t on my house’s network. When I switched back over to it, it worked fine.
My phone won't back up. It says it can't because of a poor connection. My husband's phone backs up with no problems.
