iCloud drive on my Macbook pro M1 Sonoma 14.1.2 is downloading 5 GB of data everyday
My Macbook pro M1 Sonoma 14.1.2 is downloading about 5 GB of data everyday without any sense. Everyday is syncing data but from day 1 to 2 day i don't have that amount of data to sync. iCloud doesn't give error of syncing and there is no way to know which data iCloud is trying to sync. I have called the Apple support and we have tried to sing out and sign in to iCloud from the Mac erasing all the local drive backup and trying to resync everything but after the resyncing the Mac start again with the same behaviour .
Is there a way to see logs of what is doing the iCloud service (bird demon) on the background?
And more i think is time to Apple to give access to the user the visibility of what the iCloud service is doing in the background. It is not enough to know that iCloud is syncing let's say 14 files but we don't what kind of files they are.
I think iCloud service is really bad and Apple should pay attention to what they are selling to their customers. I have 2 TB plan but in the end i think i will pass to onedrive which is working smoothly on my Mac.
I hope that i'll find someone else who has the same problem of me (i think i am not alone here) and I hope Apple will start to play seriously on the iCloud service.
