I have disabled “prevent lock to end call” as i prefer to use side button to lock screen. However i want to know if we can active double click side button to end call? I want in a way where Single click locks the screen and double click ends call.

Double Clicking an iPhone 15 to End Calls:
No. This is not a feature of iPhone 15. This would be a factor of the iOS (which is not a feature, that I am aware of).
So, Recommend this to Apple:
Do your Part: Being of no option, let apple know what feature(s) you want to see added. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what their customers prefer and what features need to be added. Apple will know nothing of your thoughts, if you don't provide them with them.

Unfortunately right now it appears that you can only assign one action to the action button so what you’re describing wouldn’t be an option.
