Batch block multiple email
In my various accounts on Apple Mail (but mostly my Gmail account) I get large volumes of spam emails daily, thankfully mostly diverted into my Junk folder ('Curses, you naughty spammers!'). In my case, the spam email is allegedly from eg. Kogan, Temu, confirmation of Unsubscribe requests, Woolworths etc.
Q: Is there a way of batch blocking emails, ie selecting a group of spam emails and blocking all of them in one process? On all relevant Apple devices (computer, iPad, iPhone) but especially my M2 laptop?
I'm running Sonoma 14.1.1. I can see how to block individual emails (Command click on the down arrow next to the sender's email address, select the 'Block' option), but going through each one individually gets tedious after a while.
RMJK asked a similar question here in 2020 ('Block multiple senders at the same time'), I'm wondering if there has been any progress in the last 3 years. Like RMJK, I am not a coder, so a 'code' option (such as the substantial suggestion from VikingOSX at the time) is scary for me.
I'm imagining a 'Batch Block' facility might be a useful and popular addition in Apple Mail.
In the meantime, I'm reducing my Gmail usage and exposure, hopefully to zero
