Block multiple emails all at once.

I've checked previous answers to this question. Nothing new in a couple years. Is it NOW possible to block multiple junk emails all at once? I get over 100 junk/spam emails every day and it is very time consuming to individually block them.

You would need to establish a new Mail rule which contains the multiple conditions fine-tuned to detect inbound SPAM from senders, and then take action (e.g. move to trash) as each condition in that rule triggers from inbound email. That is how you handle more than one source of crap hitting your email.

You will never succeed in stopping all Junk/Spam emails because: 1) the From header names and addresses continuously change to avoid SPAM detection, and 2) your email addresses are on the dark web where they are sold and resold.

Or, you can look at implementing the third-party SpamSieve solution.

Another option would to Log Into the Web Portal of your e-mail account provider

Some and not all Providers may or may not Offer the Ability to Block Senders by e-mail address or domain names.

If your Provider does offer this ability, you can Add the Offending addresses / domains at E-Mail Server Level.

This would effectively stop the e-mail from every downloading to your Inbox of Apple Mail

I have found the fastest way to block multiple junk email address on a iOS 16 is to:

1) in the mail app tap the edit button in the top right corner

2) select the emails you want to block the sender, selected as many as you want (you just can’t press the “select all” for some reason step 3 will not work if you press select all) you have to select them individually.

3) press and hold on one of the emails you have selected

4) this will pop all the emails you selected into a group and then you will see a drop down that you can select “block sender” this will block the sender of all of the emails you have selected.

once you start blocking you will want to make sure you go into settings to check that blocked emails get moved to the trash.

I have the same problem, so much spam these days. Unfortunately I haven’t found a way to multiple block senders, this should really be a function by now. I have managed to apply a rule to immediately bin all blocked senders emails, which seems to be working. But I still have to individually block other senders which is a pain in the A. Please Apple sort it all out. Maybe you can cut this Spam out before it arrives in my inbox?
