Macbook Pro crashed (Kernel report attached)

Hey folks,

my Macbook crashed out when I tried to turn it on while it was in sleep mode. Here is the start of the Kernel Crash report, which is quite long:

{"roots_installed":0,"caused_by":"bridgeos","macos_version":"Mac OS X 13.3.1 (22E261)","os_version":"Bridge OS 7.4 (20P4252)","macos_system_state":"running","incident_id":"A7B36182-CF6C-4251-BAD7-B48E6FB6395C","bridgeos_roots_installed":0,"bug_type":"210","timestamp":"2023-12-01 15:55:28.00 +0000"}

Can someone give me an advice of what I should do?

Thank you!!!

If any of these applications and their use are unfamiliar, use Reggie Answorth AppDelete to delete them by dragging their file in the applications folder over AppDelete's own window to delete.

AppDelete is found here:

http://www.reggieashworth.com/appdelete.html

Safenet is installed on your system:

https://data-protection-updates.gemalto.com/2021/05/31/safenet-authentication-client-sac-10-8-for-mac-release-announcement/ - sounds like a utility installed by a business. If you worked with a business ask them if there is some reason they left it on there.

Teamviewer is a utility that lets other places on the internet access your machine. Delete if you have no one you trust to do this.

Citrix is frequently used to access business computers and their applications through a Workspace window. If you no longer use Citrix, remove it.

Unsigned files generally are any applications you downloaded without the use of the App Store. If you don't know the source of it, remove it.

Third party connected devices generally can spawn kernel panics coming out of sleep if they are unfamiliar with Apple's low power mode. Make sure they alll connect to docking stations and/or USB hubs that have their own AC power.

Hey there,

Thank you for the reply! Yes, I can boot the Mac and use it, this was the first time that I am seeing such an error. One thing that I have noticed lately is that the left speaker does not function properly but I don´t know if that might be related to this issue at all.

I have run the Etrecheck report. Can you please have a look and tell me what do you notice? I will post parts of it in follow-up posts because of the character limit.

Thank you!!
