Just got an iphone 14 pro max. I noticed my Text ring tone has disappeared from possible options? Why?
My hearing is not the best but I can hear this tone from anywhere is my house. Plus it seems top be a longer tone than others which helps as well.

I know! It’s the only gentle ring tone that doesn’t send my stress level skyrocketing. And I use it for several alarms throughout the day. I really don’t appreciate hearing a new default ringtone when I use Siri to set an alarm now. Small features like this are very personal and intimate and not something to mess with lightly.

Not the same. Twinkle is actually the first few notes of Mariah Carey’s Christmas song.
If you are on iOS 17, Twinkle can be used as a Ringtone, but NOT as a Text Tone. Apple retired some tones in this update.
Hello ! On iOS 17, they removed the function to use as Text Tone. You can only use it as a ringtone
There's a Twinkle Twinkle Little Text (Star) in the iTunes Store listed in the Alert tones
TWINKLE the text tone I always use has disappeared.
