Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If unrevealing, it could be something is hooked up to the computer that is overpowering it.

The Airpods doubtful they are causing the problem. However, an issue with the bluetooth chip overheating could create a problem that causes it to restart, it may also point towards a problem with the battery.

See if your machine is under the service program:

If not, you may want to see if AppleCare+ will allow you to buy an extended plan.

If not, backup your data at least twice to two separate external devices:

and bring it in to an authorized service center, which will have further hardware diagnostics that can tell them why your machine is shutting down.

so sadly for me, I burned my screen, my iPhone fell on the screen and broke the thing, so even if I do the diagnosis thingy and even if I get a serious problem apparently from what I read online apple wouldnt care enough to like replace it with now my screen being broken, so like thanks for the help for real but I dont see a point in doing nor knowing lol cause this will only hurt more.

An external display can be attached, and so can an external drive. A good authorized service provider would have both functions available to them, and would at least be able to recover data from that machine to an external hard drive.

You can look at the under side of the computer for its serial number. You should only post it on http://checkcoverage.apple.com/

That will tell you what OS you presently were capable of running, and what comparable used or refurbished machine would be necessary to recover the info to.

Sometimes your homeowner insurance covers accidents. Although many will increase your premium if they hear of the damage. It is still worth investigating.
