I can't restore my chat history from WhatsApp on iPhone

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am writing this mail because I have an issue with my whatsapp, I deleted it and reinstalled, but when I want to restore my chat history, the download is stopped like the attachment and that for two days, I repeated the installation process more than time but it’s still not working.
