shuffle doesn't include all songs in playlist
when i shuffle a playlist on the computer, it doesn't use all the songs. only a select few. and if i skip through songs they start repeating the same songs without going to unplayed songs

i don’t know what those functions are so i doubt they are enabled. this only happens on a windows desktop computer. it’s fine on my iphone and mac.
also, when i select my playlist, it only loads songs that will fit in the window. i have to continually scroll down to the bottom of the page in order for it to load more songs.
How is it that a simple function that has worked since the inception of iTunes, and actually inspired the name of an Apple product ("iPod Shuffle"), isn't properly implemented for playlists in MacOS Music? This has become shockingly plain to me in this holiday season as a playlist of 24 years worth of Xmas mix CDs I;ve made since the year 2000 refuses to play randomly: it erratically shifts to the original order of my CDs (which I'm very familiar with) after 25 songs or so. It's inept and sloppy computer programming.
Shuffle will omit any unchecked items and any songs that have the Skip when Shuffling flag ticked under Song Info > Options.

I don't currently have access to Apple Music on Windows. It was awful when I first tried it and I switched straight back to iTunes.
